These terms exist to protect the well-being of both the buyer and the artist. The goal is to ensure a positive and rewarding experience for both parties. If you have a recommendation that you feel will support better your own safety as a buyer, please contact me through one of my available social media to discuss it properly in a DM.
Thank you for your consideration in contracting me, it means a lot!

If you're blocked in any of my social media: don't interact with me, don't try to bypass the block and don't try to work with me or use my work, you're on a personal Black List and I would prefer not to interact with you in any form, you can't get any character design made by me and you can't use any kind of artwork made by me, thanks! By working with me you are agreeing to these terms of service and it will be assumed that you have already read these conditions.
All the prices I use are in dollars.
By getting a piece of artwork made by me, you agree that the art and content was made under your discretion and acceptance, and once confirmed that it is okay and the payment was completed, all rights automatically pass to you, I will only keep the credits of the creation
All my work will be published on all my social media accounts upon completion unless I am told that there are special circumstances, such as discomfort, debuts, privacy, or others.
I have the right to use all of the artwork I made in (but not limited to) public examples or similar situations unless you have a discomfort with it and discuss it previously and personally with me (when you are asking for my services or you get a surprise/gift artwork made by me), not after the negotiations are finished. You can discuss it with me anytime but don't get angry with it if you didn't told me beforehand
100% of the payment will be made always after showing the sketch WIP watermarked to avoid sketch farming.
In the case of NSFW artwork, the 100% of the payment must be made before the commission begins. This is to ensure that both parties are legally of age to use PayPal or any type of digital wallet and to purchase artwork of a sexual or grotesque nature.
I don't offer examples of my NSFW art. My examples are on my Patreon, and while you have to pay to see them, this ensures that people can't view them without having to verify their age in some way, adding more trust filters.
I won't draw free examples for you. I don't care if you can't see "how I draw certain kinds of things" or if "you'll pay me later if you're interested", I won't do it if it's not assured that you'll pay me for my efforts; if my requests aren't open, I won't give you free artwork, not even a simpler one.
My work may be re-uploaded by you and/or people you authorize as long as you do not seek to steal the credit for the creation of it.
t's not obligatory to always credit me when you use my artwork.
Before the payment is made, I have the absolute right to refuse to work with you or to make your commission for any reason without an explanation, but with always a notification.
If I have bad experiences with a client, I reserve the right to not work with them in any way again.
Payment is non-negotiable once agreed upon and cannot be changed or haggled once the commission has begun unless a special circumstance such as: 1) I can't fullfill the order for any reason. 2) You had an emergency and need for any reason the money back. 3) The work environment is too hostile for me or for you.
No refunds, returns or cancelations are accepted once payment has been made unless it's under special circumstances such as: 1) I can't fullfill the order for any reason. 2) You had an emergency and need for any reason the money back. 3) The work environment is too hostile for me or for you. In the case of either one of these situations, a percentage of the total payment can be refunded, taking into consideration the progress already made of the artwork.
I will start working on your order once you are completely sure about working with me and you confirmed me: I will make a concept or sketch and I will show it to you with a notorious watermark, I will not continue with it until all the payment has been done and received correctly to avoid being ghosted later. In this way, we both commit to maintaining a respectful attitude towards each other and to finish the artwork together as a buyer and a worker.
My TAT or delivery time is from 1 week to 3 months at worst, but if I consider that canceling the commission is the best option to prevent you from waiting too long, we will start the process of canceling or refunding.
You can set a deadline or a specific date for the artwork to be finished when we are negotiating, always considering my normal TAT and I will tell you if it's within my possibilities or not.
You can pay an extra fee of $5 if you need the commission to be prioritized over the queque or to be made in less time than my normal TAT.
I will always send you directly a WIP in the following phases: concept, sketch, color and rendering. There can be some occasions that I didn't make a concept and I just did a Sketch, in that case you will be getting all the WIPs except for the concept phase of course. And in case you're curious about little progress made in your commission that doesn't fit in any of the WIPs I sended you, you can always check any of it in my trello which is always public and accessible to everyone in any moment.
In case of needing more changes than the ones that I offer for free, you can ask for an extension of $5 which gives you a complete reset of the changes considered. For example: if you already used the 3-5 changes in the sketch phase, you can get another 3-5 in it and the original number of changes in every next phase added to the total, doubling the changes in the actual phase and the following ones. This extra fee can be purchased a maximum of two times, but please don't take advantage.
For the concept phase, you can ask up to 3 complete different concepts and ask as many changes as you want.
You can request up to 3 to 5 changes in the sketch phase that aren't extremes or big. For extreme changes I can only do a maximum of 2 since my sketches are also my "lineart".
In the color phase, you can request a maximum of two major changes (requiring the entire piece to be recolored). For minor details or differences, you can request as many as you need as long as it's not excessive (more than 7-10). In the case of recoloring, where I can quickly change colors, you can ask as many changes as you want without any problems.
In the final or rendering phase, where I show you the final result, you can only request minor changes since it's one of the most time-consuming parts. If you want significant changes, an additional fee will apply, which varies depending on the request ($2~$8 depending on if you want an entire different rendering that the one I already made or if you make me do that multiple times).
You can specify to receive the file in .png or .jpg. You can also ask for the file in .sai or .psd only if you agree to respect my work, not distribute my artwork as your own and pay an extra fee of $10 for it. I can also provide .bmp and .tga formats, but I'm not familiar with these two. If you don't specify a file type, you'll receive a .png
Before I start working, you can consider that moment when we talk about what do you want as the negotiation phase where you can specify any details, inform me and detail everything you want freely, to tell you if I can fulfill your order or not and the options I can offer you.
For complex/detailed characters/orders, you may receive an additional fee that varies depending on the difficulty of your character ($5~$15). I will always let you know if this applies or not before I even start with the commission, usually I will tell you in the right moment that you show me the character.
I usually work with a waiting list where I work in the different orders on the current batch at my pace, but I can work in different ways or prioritize an specific order in the batch for different reasons.
You can request WIPs at any moment if I haven't sent you any or I haven't continued sending them: the absence of WIPs doesn't mean that the commission hasn't started or continued, it could also be that I haven't reached the next phase and I don't consider it optimal to bother you with the smallest progress I could make, since I usually change quite a few things before arriving at the final result. But you can always see that minimal changes, adjustments and progress in my Trello since I upload everything here.
In case you show a rude attitude towards me while we are working together, I reserve the right to limit our conversations to a strictly professional level and focused only on the completion of the artwork. Always answering to changes you want me to make, sending you WIPs or answering questions about my work; in more extreme cases, I reserve the right to initiate the cancellation process and the refund in a percentage depending on the completed status of the artwork.
You are responsible for ensuring that your order meets your expectations, letting me know how you want certain things, and for the final result. I always do my best to fulfill all your demands, but without clear references or corrections in the different phases, the completion process may take longer than expected or not turn out as you expected. You need to be clear with what you want and tell me if I make any mistake.
If I forget to add something or I make a mistake, I can offer you to change it without any problem regardless of the commission phase if it is my fault.
Please make sure you specify all the details you want as clearly as possible when asked or given the opportunity to do so. I reserve the right to refuse to make excessive changes to a completed piece of artwork, or to charge more if I believe the requested change warrants an extra fee for the excessive changes, always informing you of everything.
In case of fraud or failure to provide correct and complete payment, I reserve the full right to keep the work and reuse it for my own use, in future orders, make it a YCH, use it for inspiration, for commercial use or anything else; you will not have permission to use my work in any way or to object about it, nor will you have any rights to it, and I will start with the process of reporting this kind of attitude to protect any other fellow artist.
Once paid for and delivered to you, you can use my artwork for personal use, but it can not be edited or continued/finished without my clear consent, I'm not special about this, so you just need to ask me directly what you want to do with it.
If I have any problems with your order I will tell you while we are discussing it, this includes things I may or may not draw.
The prices I offer are for one character. If you require more than one character in the scene, 50% of the price for each additional character will be charged, depending on how they appear (50% of the price for a headshot/halfbody/fullbody).
Another option that I offer for free is that you can also ask to combine two orders in the same canvas. For example, you purchase two halfbodies, you can request both to be placed in the same canvas.
Payment will be made of the 100% after showing the sketch watermarked and you have approved it.
I do not accept refunds unless it's a special circumstance as clarified before.
I don't normaly haggle my prices. In case you want to hagge, I will not take less than the 50% of the original price under any circumstance.
Currently the payment methods I can accept are: *USD (via Ko-fi or PayPal), PlayStore and Steam giftcards, Steam games, Discord Nitro (Normal preferred over the Basic), Discord decoration and Robux.
The base prices are in USD, but can be modified for the different payment methods. You can pay an approximation if what you're offering isn't directly a currency or it doesn't have much options (discord decoration or nitro, giftcards, games).
I can accept other types of payment, but I will usually offer by myself if I'm interested.
To gain commercial rights of my artwork you must discuss it with me. I will usually offer you a price for it which can vary depending of the situation and what you want to do with it.
In case of fraud or forced refund after delivering the artwork to you (for example: refund requested directly from PayPal), you lose all rights of the artwork and these automatically pass to me for my personal and commercial use, and I reserve the absolute right to not accept any order from you again, as well as to offer useful information to other artists and the public in general about you, your modus operandi and more to avoid other fellow artist falling in a trap like this.
In the case of an extensive/big commercial campaign, or public/recurring sale of merchandise with some of my artwork or character design done by me, I reserve the right to ask for a 50% of the sale price for each item sold if you didn't discuss with me the commercial rights previously.
My art cannot be used to feed AI and it cannot be edited by AI either, this is non negotiable in any situation.
My art cannot be used like an NFT, currency, redistributed or used in any kind of way that is similar to any case specified here.
Hi! I'm shewytz, another artist who tries to earn a living with its honest work. I'm an introvert who prefers calm to drama and problems. I'm also shy and reserved, but I quickly grow fond of people. I'm an adult, but I have much to learn about life like everyone.
I have memory and attention problems, and my mental health is also delicate, so I tend to prioritize myself in moments when I need to take a break. My hobbies are video games, drawing, listening to music, singing and learning, although I can be a bit lazy unintentionally: I always avoid making excuses and face things directly, so I can come across as somewhat quiet or too "raw".I hate lies and hidden interests, so I am an extremely honest person. I care deeply about those close to me and I always try to listen to what people have to say.
At work, I'm someone who always tries to make the best possible impression, although I'm human and I might make mistakes or not be as good as I'd like.I am a self-taught artist and English is not my native language, nor do I speak it fluently or consider myself good at it. In fact, I rely heavily on Google Translate sometimes and my own instincts to correct mistakes. I also speak Spanish and I'm currently learning Russian.I am an open-minded person or I try to be one, and I always try to prioritize what the client wants, as well as their comfort and to create a space where people can enjoy what I do with my efforts.
I've been drawing for years, almost more than half my life, although I don't know how to do many things yet I always try to try new things and use my commissions to expand my knowledge and improve professionally. If you had asked me years ago, I would never have imagined that I would try to make my way in the world of art, but life takes unexpected turns.
My way of thinking can be summarized as "don't intentionally harm or upset anyone else regardless of the situation", "we all deserve to live the lives we want to live", "no one is worth more than others" and "every person has their own talents", so I can get uncomfortable with people who thinks the opposite, but I will never start a witch hunt, since I also hate that, "live and let live".
I don't have a strong sense of identity, so on a personal level you can compare me to a shadow or a doll with interchangeable parts. My main platform is Toyhouse: you can ask for sales pings on my characters, make dreamie list and put my characters in it, make fanart of my characters and more. I'm a shy and reserved person, so if you talk to me you might not get very far, but I always appreciate the interactions, so don't worry about whether you can interact with me or not, you can!
Most of my social media accounts are safe for teens and adults. There may occasionally be suggestive content, so it's best if you don't interact with me if you're under 15.Even if I upload everything to my Toyhouse, my explicit artwork will always remain hidden. The only place you can access it is through Patreon.
Even though I'm against the distribution of pornography to minors, I will never ask for your official ID to verify your age if you commission NSFW artwork from me. PayPal and the other payment methods I accept already have child protection measures in the first place, and my prices aren't geared towards children and the limited amount of money they might earn from their parents. Therefore, I will assume you are being honest about what you do and the age you claim to be.
