Terms of Service

These terms exist to protect the well-being of both the buyer and the artist. The goal is to ensure a positive and rewarding experience for both parties. If you have a recommendation that you feel supports your own safety as a buyer, please contact one of my social media channels to discuss it in a DM.

General

  • By working with me you are agreeing to these terms of service and it will be assumed that you have already read these conditions.

  • By getting a piece of art made by me, you agree that the art and content was made under your discretion and acceptance, and once confirmed that it is okay, all rights automatically pass to you, I will only keep the credits of the creation

  • All my work will be published on all my social media accounts upon completion unless I am told that there are special circumstances, such as discomfort, debuts, privacy, or others.

  • Payment will be made after showing the sketch phase watermarked and 100% payment will be made at that time.

  • My work may be re-uploaded by you and/or people you authorize as long as you do not seek to steal the credit for the creation of it and it's not obligatory to always credit me.

  • No refunds or returns are accepted once payment has been made.

  • Before payment is made, I have the absolute right to refuse to work with you or make your commission if the working conditions are abusive in any way.

  • If I have bad experiences with a client, I reserve the right to NOT work with them in any way.

  • Payment is non-negotiable once agreed upon and cannot be changed once the commission has begun. I offer several ways to acquire a piece of my artwork and create a comfortable space to negotiate and discuss all terms. Therefore, I do not accept changes to the payment method once everything has been agreed upon.

  • These terms may change if I find it necessary to do so; any new terms or changes will be clarified with the effective date. Therefore, unless otherwise specified, all terms apply from: 04/10/2025 (Apr/10th/2025)

  • All the prices I use are in dollars.

Working with me

  • I will always send a WIP in the following phases: sketch, color and final details.

  • You can request as many changes as you like during the sketch phase, as long as it's not considered excessive. If I notice any form of exploitation to my person, the final price may be increased by an additional sketch commission fee. I'll always let you know if this applies and confirm that you're okay to proceed. I can make a maximum of three completely different sketches before this fee is applied.

  • My delivery time is 1 (one) day to 3 (three) months at worst.

  • You can set a deadline from the negotiation and I will tell you if it is within my possibilities or not.

  • You can pay an extra fee of $5 if you need the commission quickly.

  • In the color phase, you can request a maximum of three significant changes, requiring the entire piece to be recolored. For minor details or differences, you can request as many as you need as long as it's not excessive. In the case of recoloring, where I can quickly change colors, you can ask as many as you want without any problems.

  • In the final stage, where I show you the final result, you can only request minor changes. If you want significant changes, an additional fee will apply, which varies depending on the request.

  • You can specify to receive the file in .png or .jpg. You can also ask for the file in .sai or .psd only if you agree to respect my work, not distribute my art as your own and pay an extra fee of $5. I can also provide .bmp and .tga formats, but I'm not familiar with these two. If you don't specify a file type, you'll receive a .png

  • Before I start working, you could consider this as the negotiation phase where you can specify any details you want, inform me and detail everything you want freely.

  • For extremely complex and detailed characters, you may receive an additional fee that varies depending on the difficulty of your character. I will always let you know if this applies or not.

  • I usually work with a waiting list, but I can work in a different order if a commission is too complicated for me. You can always ask about your order on the list.

  • You can request WIPs if I haven't sent you any or haven't continued sending them: the absence of WIPs doesn't mean that the commission hasn't started or continued, but rather that I haven't reached the next stage and I don't consider it optimal to bother you with even the smallest detail, since I usually change quite a few things before arriving at the final result.

  • I reserve the right to not contact you or respond to you if you show an offensive or abusive attitude towards me. In case I'm in mid-commission, I will reserve the right to only respond your demands with WIPs and changes and your questions about it, but not with offensive talks or rushes.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your order meets your expectations, letting me know how you want certain things, and for the final result. I always do my best to fullfill all your demands, but without clear references or corrections, the completion process may take longer than expected or not turn out as you expected.

  • If I forget something or make a mistake, I can offer you the change without problems regardless of the commission phase.

  • Please make sure you specify all the details you require as clearly as possible when asked or given the opportunity. I reserve the right to refuse to make excessive changes to a completed piece of artwork, or to charge more if I believe the requested change warrants an extra fee for excessive changes, always informing you of everything.

  • In case of fraud or failure to provide correct and complete payment, I reserve the full right to keep the work and reuse it for my own use, in future works or for commercial use.

  • Once paid for and delivered, you can do whatever you want with my art, and that includes editing it: what you can't do is take advantage of it, for example, order a sketch/lineart that is cheaper, to finish it yourself or another artist and save money.

  • My art cannot be used to feed AI and it cannot be edited by AI either.

  • If I have any problems with your order I will tell you while we are discussing it, this includes things I may or may not draw.

  • The prices I offer are for one character. If you require more than one character in the scene, 70% of the price for each additional character will be charged, depending on how they appear (70% of the price for a headshot/halfbody/fullbody).

Payment & Commercial use

  • Payment will be made of the 100% after showing the sketch watermarked and you have approved it.

  • I do not accept refunds.

  • I don't haggle.

  • Currently the payment methods I accept are: *USD (via Ko-fi or PayPal), PlayStore and Steam giftcards, Discord Nitro (Normal preferred over the Basic), Discord decoration and Robux.

  • The base prices are in USD, but can be modified for different payment methods. You can pay "less," for example, if what you're offering isn't directly a currency (example the discord decoration).

  • You have full commercial rights to your commission once it has been properly paid and delivered.

  • In case of fraud or forced refund after delivery (example: refund requested directly from PayPal), you lose all rights to the artwork and these automatically pass to me, and I reserve the absolute right to not accept any order from you again, as well as to offer useful information to other artists so that they do not fall into the same trap.

  • In the case of an extensive commercial campaign, or public and recurring sale of merchandise with some work or design done by me, I reserve the right to ask for 15% of the sale price for each item sold.
